Why Authorized?

Apple Authorized Service Provider. Apple requires its certified technicians to regular training, Every location is required to have specialty tools, genuine Apple parts and updated service procedures to help ensure customers get the very best service experience for his or her Apple product.


What does it mean when the repair shop is not Apple Authorized? Only Apple Retail Stores and Apple Authorized Service Providers can repair your Mac or iPhone using Apple genuine parts. No matter what anyone else tells you. Apple does not sell parts. Period!
