All services require an appointment. - As a reminder, we only service Apple products.

In following with the provincial physical distancing guidelines, only one customer is permitted in our store during the appointment. If you have another family member whom lives with you, such as a child, this family member is welcome to enter with you.

The best way to book an appointment is by using the Apple support app for iOS. You may download it HERE. Please note, you will need to be using an iPhone, iPad to download and use this app.

We are operating with reduced staff. We currently are not answering the phone, and returning calls will be difficult We ask for you patience. as we are working incredible hours to meet the demand. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in these challenging times.

For simple telephone support and how to use your device, you may call Apple at 1-800-My-Apple (1-800-692-7753) if an appointment is required, an Apple advisor has the ability to set up the appointment for you..

before coming in…

Please confirm you have a back up of all your important information. such as pictures, and documents. If you require assistance for iPhone, iPads and other iOS devices, see Apple’s support article for iOS. if you require assistance to back up your Mac see Apple’s support article for Mac. If you are unable to do so, or prefer we do it, a service fee will apply.

Please have your Apple ID and password ready. On take in, you must remove the activation lock Find My... iPhone / iPad / Mac. You will need to turn it off before we can accept your device. If you are unable to remember the password we are not able to service your device. For additional information see Apple’s support article for Find My….

Failure to provide the following steps in advance will result in a delay or the inability to accept your device.
