If you're experiencing any issues with your Mac such as hardware related issues, software behaviour issues, or, if it has been accidentally damaged. We can repair it, and solve the issue. all hardware repairs will be quoted for your approval, unless covered by Apple’s Limited Warranty or AppleCare+.
Hardware failures experienced during normal use, will be covered by Apple's limited warranty for a period of 12 months from the original purchase date. We honour Apple's Limited Warranty, AppleCare+ and, any active repair quality program.
If you are experiencing software or usuability issues we can provide support. Please note, this type of support is not covered by Apple's limited warranty, or AppleCare+, and will be subject to our service fee. A quote will be provided for your approval.
If your Mac has any physical damage, Apple limited warranty will not cover the failure. If you have purchased AppleCare+, coverage may be available. Please see us in store for details.
MacBook Pro Battery Recall Program
Apple has determined that, in a limited number of older generation 15-inch MacBook Pro units, the battery may overheat and pose a fire safety risk. Affected units were sold primarily between September 2015 and February 2017 and product eligibility is determined by the product serial number.
If any keys are still unresponsive after you've followed these steps, visit an Apple Retail Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider for service.
Back up your Mac
t’s important to keep your Mac backed up, and you can choose from several simple ways to make sure that your files are safe.
Liquid Damage
If your computer has suffered liquid damage, it has likely turned off by itself. If it did, do not attempt to turn in on again. If it has not, hold the power button (up to 10 seconds) to force it to shut down and leave it off. Bring it in as soon as possible.
A complete hardware assessment and diagnostics will determine what part(s) if any have been permanently damage.. A quote will be provide to return your Mac to its normal operation. if the repair is uneconomical your data may be available for recovery..
Boots to File Folder
If your Mac displays a flashing folder with a question mark during start up. It is telling you, it is unable to find the startup file needed to start your Mac.
This symptom is caused by only a few potential failure. 1 - Data cable failure/damaged (some models only),
2-Unintentionally erased of the hard drive, or flash drive,
3- A failed hard drive, or flash drive,
4-failed logic board.(most unlikely)
